I know, I know. My blog should have a focus, it should be about something, and right now it's about... anything. But, if I think about it, it's about me and my life. That'll have to be good enough, at least until I find a focus.
So, an update on the thyroid situation. I went for another ultrasound at the end of December and then a follow up visit to the doctor. The nodule has grown only a tiny bit, to 3.8 cm. So I'll go for another ultrasound in June. If it's grown to 4 cm, I'll go see a surgeon. Otherwise I'll continue to get periodic ultrasounds to check on the size. I don't know if I'm comfortable with that, but we'll see how things go in June.
We're going through some changes at work. Some more changes in responsibility... I'll be busy, that's for sure.
